We are proudly announcing the launch of our anniversary's newsletter - 'A celebration of innovation and excellence'. This marks a significant milestone for the Unilak Fashions, which was first set up in 1992 by a handful of dedicated industry professionals who focused on championing best practice, innovation and excellence in garment industry

Annual Picnic

Unilak organized the Annual Picnic to the many locations in the Country every year, Over 600 employees participated and enjoyed various event activities throughout the day.The main objectives of organizing such an event are as follows:

• Information sharing – to each employee effectively
• Appreciation of employees activities
• Improve relationships among the workers, staff and the management
• Cultivate good habits & boost the morale & motivation
• Entertainment
• Educate employees about the plans & objectives of the company
• Create a positive image in the minds of employees etc.

Event

Departments hold meetings where the executives relay information to their team of employees. This is helpful in keeping our employees up to date and will also serve as a great team-building opportunity. new employees learn about the different departments and policies. Oral presentation and careful listening, while allowing each employee an opportunity lend their experience to a given issue.
